The Challenge: The City of Black Hawk is a thriving mountain, gambling town that has a huge presence & history in the state of Colorado, but lacks completely in any kind of website presence.
The Solution: Create a website that has an enterprise Content Management System that will allow users from all of their city departments to effectively & easily manage their content independently. This website has not only increased information to their audience but created an environment that fosters content growth among the whole city.
